In May 1869, the eastern and western United States were united when a golden spike connected both ends of the Transcontinental Railroad. Almost exactly 153 years later, DCSWA invites you to bridge the continent once more, but this time raising a glass instead of a hammer.
It’s a virtual happy hour with our colleagues by the Pacific, the Northwest Science Writers Association (NWSA)! Fun, friendship and frivolity … along with some geeky icebreaker topics for breakout rooms.
