DCSWA Virtual Happy Hour With ATXSciWri

It’s still a new(ish) year, so let’s get together, raise a glass and hope that this year goes better than the last.

Yes, it’s time for another virtual happy hour with all your favorite D.C. science writers. And this month, we will be joined by colleagues from the Austin Texas Science Writers (www.atxsciwri.org).

To make things even more exciting, we’re trying something other than Zoom! Anyone who joined us for the annual DCSWA holiday party got introduced to Gather Town, a virtual space that does a pretty convincing job of replicating a social gathering. It worked so well for the holiday party, we figured, why not try it for a happy hour? You’ll receive an email a couple of hours before the event with log-in instructions to Gather Town.
