Come travel through time and learn about how and why airplanes and flying controls have changed over the years—all on the grounds of the world's oldest continuously operating airport. This private tour of the College Park Aviation Museum for DCSWA members will delve into the science behind aircraft and will include a hands-on experience that simulates what it’s like to become a pilot. Attendees will also have the chance to explore the museum gallery, which contains historic aircraft associated with the history of the airfield. A staff expert with a background in physics will be available to answer questions.
This private tour is available only to DCSWA members. Sorry, but no guests or non-members will be admitted. The discounted entry fee is non-refundable and must be paid online in advance.
