The Missouri Botanical Garden is widely considered one of the top botanical gardens in the world for its scientific research and displays. In 2017, Garden researchers discovered 254 new plants—more than 10 percent of the average of 2,000 new plants discovered by all scientists every year. The Garden’s conservation work spans six continents and 35 countries. Ireland native Dr. Peter Wyse Jackson became president of the Missouri Botanical Garden in 2010, and since then has continued to heighten its focus on promoting biodiversity and sustainability. At this evening talk, Wyse Jackson will share information about some of the Garden’s most critical research and conservation work.

The program is free and open to the public with advance registration. Space is limited so register today!
